Ver 3.71.4 - 5 (attachプラグインのバグ修正とvote, capture プラグイン)

ページオーナー以外のユーザーが自己所有の添付ファイルの削除などの処理フォームが表示されないバグを修正しました。

vote プラグインをPukiWikiMod と互換にしました。

新しいプラグイン capture を追加しました。

マルチライン型ブロックプラグインです。

key をキーとして、あらかじめキャプチャしておき、あとで利用できるプラグインです。表の中に複数行に渡るブロックを表示したいときなどに、利用できます。
