Ver 3.71.84 (続:画面変遷なしのファイル添付とファイル名挿入)

添付ファイル一覧で cols を指定したとき最後の行が離れてしまう問題を修正。
プラグインの基底クラス xpwiki_plugin に "get_domid ($name, $withDirname = false)" メソッドを追加
- ページ中で一意の DOM ID を得たい場合や、<input> フィールドにてファイル添付ポップアップを有効にしたい場合に使用します。
comment, pcomment プラグインの <input>フィールドで、ファイル添付ポップアップを有効にした。
loader.php の Typo 修正
- Wikiレンダラーで、ファイル添付ポップアップが有効にならないケースがありました。
添付ファイルリンク挿入時のサムネイルサイズ指定で全角数字入力でも受け付けるようにした。
