Ver 3.04 - 05 (未作成ページへのファイル添付抑制など) 
- 変数名の間違いを修正 (フォーラム:新しいページを作成時のエラー)
- 未作成ページへはファイル添付できないようにした。
- スキンのDIVエレメントに [モジュールディレクトリ名]_header, [モジュールディレクトリ名]_navigator ID を付加した。
- 以前、Ver 2.18 で ElementID から ClassName に変更しましたが、hash として利用していたのを忘れていました。
その修正です。

- #noheader で適用されるCSSを修正しました。
- display:none -> height: 0px
- プラグインのCSSタグが正常に出力されないことがある問題を修正しました。(内部で判定用に使う変数名を変更)
- $is_main, $is_block, $render_mode を それぞれ $render_mode['main'], ['block'], ['render'] とした。
