Ver 4.01.2 (FCKeditor関連の修正など)

環境により、リッチエディタでのWikiテキスト変換結果が HTML になってしまうことがある問題を修正。
Wikiレンダラー使用時 d3forum などで、テキストエリアが空の状態でリッチエディタを起動し投稿すると「本文がありません」メッセージが表示されて投稿できない問題の対策をした。
calendar9 の編集画面が正常に機能しなくなっていた問題を修正。(thx さとし)
chat プラグインで ChatId を指定するオプション id:[数値] を追加。(thx さとし)
