ドイツの XOOPS サポートサイト [[myXOOPS.org - German Xoops Support:http://www.myxoops.org/]] の Octopus さんからドイツ語の言語ファイルを頂きましたので、アーカイブに含めました。

あわせて、言語ファイルの読み込みで若干バグがありましたので、修正しました。
