- googlemaps2 プラグインで googlemaps2_icon で指定したデフォルトアイコンが設定されるようにした。(thx kazdon)

- リッチエディタモードで、できるだけエラーで「undefined」にならないように対策をした。(thx neko88)

- リッチエディタモードを起動後、通常エディタに戻して編集した場合、戻した後の編集内容が失われてしまう問題を修正。
- IIS サーバーなど、<form> の method が 'POST' の場合、index.php を省略できない環境に対応した。
