- WizMobile でアクセス時に "guid=on" というページに飛んでしまうことがある問題の対策。(thx nonn50, a guest)

- urlbookmark プラグインでタイトルの自動取得に失敗することがある問題の修正。

- code.css を　UTF-8 にして、@charset "UTF-8"; を指定。
- prototype.js を 1.6.0.3　に、scriptaculous を v1.8.2 にアップデート。
- IE7 で [テキストを折り返さない][リッチエディタ] ボタンに後続テキストが重なってしまう問題の対策。
- [テキストを折り返さない][リッチエディタ] ボタンの挿入位置を若干修正。
- pluginlist の更新 (FCKeditor 用 usage)
- CSS の 前置詞 ID ("$root->css_prefix" [pukiwiki.ini.php]) を変更してもキャッシュが更新されない問題の修正。
